6xix Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 6xix platform ("Platform") and its users ("Member" or "you"). 6xix is a secure and reliable online casino and sports betting platform operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. By registering on or continuing to use the Platform, you are considered to have accepted all of the terms below.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false or incomplete information will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited at 6xix via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment account and the amount will be deducted directly from the real money balance.

3.3 Verification Process

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. 6xix may request a national ID card, passport or other verification documents. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, a first deposit must be made after registration and the applicable terms must be met.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must place total bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

Weekly cashback is available through 6xix's five-tier VIP program:

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. Cashback is credited to the account at the end of each week.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, false information or any other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended or closed.

4.5 Right to Modify Bonuses

6xix reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer, amount or terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published.

5.1 Game Operations

All games available on the 6xix platform are operated by third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt and Ezugi). Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete during play due to internet disconnection, software error or server issues, that game round may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded. However, results announced after a game has been completed are final.

5.3 Sports Betting

For betting on any sports event including cricket, football and kabaddi, the stated odds will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, 6xix will decide whether to refund or void the bet in accordance with the applicable rules.

5.4 Maximum Win Limit

6xix reserves the right to set a maximum win amount for specific games or promotions. Any winnings exceeding this limit will not be paid out. Where applicable, the limit will be communicated separately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6xix platform:

• Using fraudulent software, bots, automation tools or any other technical means.
• Making any attempt to alter or manipulate game results.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account or attempting to steal information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotional offers through duplicate accounts.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving inappropriately towards other members.
• Disclosing the platform's business information, algorithms or internal data without authorisation.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.
